Privacy Policy

Effective date: March 13, 2026

SwiftWire ("the App") is developed by Dustin Olsen. This privacy policy explains how the App handles your information. The short version: it doesn't collect any.

Data Collection

SwiftWire does not collect, store, or transmit any personal data. The App does not use any analytics frameworks, advertising SDKs, or third-party services that collect user information.

iCloud & CloudKit

SwiftWire uses Apple's CloudKit to sync your feeds and saved articles across your devices. This data is stored in your private iCloud account and is governed by Apple's Privacy Policy. The developer has no access to your iCloud data.

Third-Party Services

SwiftWire does not integrate any third-party services, SDKs, or tools that collect or process user data. There are no analytics, crash reporters, or ad networks embedded in the App.

RSS Feed Data

When you add an RSS feed, the App fetches content directly from the feed URL you provide. This network request is made directly from your device to the feed's server. No intermediary server is involved, and the developer does not have access to your feed subscriptions or reading activity.

Children's Privacy

Since SwiftWire does not collect any data from anyone, it is safe for users of all ages.

Changes to This Policy

If this privacy policy is ever updated, the changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Given that the App collects no data, significant changes are unlikely.
